COMING SOON
The ColorEdge Prominence 30.5″ CG1 4K HDR Reference Monitor from EIZO features true HDR and built-in color calibration for enhanced 4K video editing and monitoring. The CG1 has a 1000 cd/m² brightness and 178° viewing angle for accurate display quality regardless of the environment. The display supports up to 4K60 video and can enlarge selected areas of the screen to inspect fine details. You can also crop the DCI 4K signal to UHD parameters. SDI, HDMI, DisplayPort, and SFP28 input ports can handle a multitude of video connections, including uncompressed video over an IP network.
FRL Support
The CG1 supports Fixed Rate Link (FRL) via HDMI connection for 12-bit signals with higher uncompressed resolution like 4K. Take advantage of high-speed bandwidths over HDMI using the included high-speed HDMI cable.
Sync Signal
Automatically switch the monitor’s color settings, brightness, gamma, and color gamut according to the video payload ID of your SDT signal and the input’s metadata.
HDR Gamma, Luminance, and Gamut Warnings
The CG1 supports HLF and PQ curves for displaying and editing HDR content. An optional PQ gamma curve function allows you to clip/compress the input signal to fit within the monitor’s luminance. A luminance warning function shows areas of your image that cannot be displayed correctly at your current brightness. The Gamut Warning preset indicates areas of a BT.2020 image that cannot be reproduced using BT.709. BT.709 Clipping allows you to view BT.2020 images within the color space to simulate the audience view.
Broadcast and Cinema Presets
Built-in DCI-P3, BT.709, and BT.2020 preset modes allow you to work in the appropriate color space and gamma value. Preset modes for PQ and HLG are also available to view HDR content.
Pixel Inspection, Overlay Markers
Pixel Inspection shows the color information of a source input’s pixel and the data as displayed on the monitor. Various markers can be overlaid to ensure text/graphics are properly positioned onscreen.
Complete Color Management Solution
On top of a wide color gamut, 3D LUTs, 10-bit simultaneous display, digital uniformity equalizer technology, and a built-in calibration sensor for automated adjustment, the CG1 also features the ColorNavigator 7 software for intuitive and precise color management. Calibration information is saved to the monitor, so you don’t need to recalibrate every time you connect a different operating system. Remotely manage multiple ColorEdge monitors in a single network. ColorNavigator API is also available to integrate the software into third-party applications.
