Teams Digital’s Training Terms and Conditions are as follows:
Course Structure
Classes delivered in the Gallery are restricted to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure adequate attention is given to each student. Each student is provided with a computer, which is configured to either Mac or Windows operating system.
Course Notes
Comprehensive course notes can be provided to aid in the learning process and as a permanent source of reference for students to keep.
Fees apply; quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Course Presenters & Course Content
Our presenters are skilled educators who have years of experience in presenting short courses as well as designing customised programs for specific training needs.
Times & Parking
Please refer to provided information for relevant times & dates. Catering is available upon request, including a self-service tea-&-coffee station, for all courses delivered in the Gallery. There is limited free street parking in the area; please note signage carefully.
Course Certificate
Each student receives a Course Certificate upon successful completion of the training.
Enrolment & Payment
- Enrolment can be made by completing the provided Registration Form and returning it to us with a 30% deposit.
- Please note that enrolments cannot be processed unless accompanied by payment.
- The balance of the course fee is payable no later than fourteen (14) days prior to commencement of the course.
The exception to the above is: if your company has a 30-day account with us & provides a Purchase Order; or if your accounts department pay the invoice with funds clearing before the course date.
Cancellation Policy
- No less than 14 days from course date = 100% refund
- Less than 14 days = deposit forfeited.
- Non-attendance (No-show) = all payments forfeited.
Please note that the above cancellation policy may not apply where the inability of a student to attend is caused by medical illness. Upon presentation of a medical certificate and at Team Digital’s discretion, the course fee will either be refunded in full or the enrolment commuted to a subsequent course at a date suitable to the student.
Money Back Guarantee
Team Digital will happily refund the course fee in full where it can be demonstrated that one or more of the following conditions existed:
(i) The course delivered did not effectively cover the content or key topics outlined in Team Digital’s promotional literature for that course.
(ii) Presentation of the course was significantly effected by a malfunction of the equipment or the absence of suitable course literature.
(iii) Factors external to the venue resulting in excessive disruption to the course.
(iv) The course was prematurely terminated due to either the ill heath of the presenter or any of the above factors.
A refund will not be provided purely as a result of the trainee experiencing difficulty in grasping some of the concepts or processes being demonstrated. If however for any reason the trainee is not fully satisfied with the training received, then that person will be delivered the content at a subsequent session free of further charge.
Limitation of Liability
Team Digital will use its best endeavours to commence and complete all training courses at the times and on the dates originally scheduled. In the event of cancellation of a course for any reason whatsoever, Team Digital’s liability to students shall be limited to a full refund of the course fee only. Team Digital will not be accept liability for any loss consequential or otherwise that may arise from the failure to deliver a course on the scheduled date and time.
