Add a rod clamp to your 15mm rig to mount your follow focus using this 15mm Rod Clamp from SmallRig. The durable aluminium clamp features two 15mm rod ports, and the distance between them is adjustable to accommodate different size lenses up to 114mm when using a follow focus system. The clamp works with separately available standard 15mm rods, and it is designed to be used with the SmallRig F60 or 3010 series follow focus.
